                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF VARIOUS STREETS IN THE COUNCIL
                   FIRE SUBDIVISION MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                   HEREIN DAILY FROM SATURDAY, JULY 11, 1992
                   THROUGH SUNDAY, JULY 19, 1992 FOR THE
                   CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON COUNTY CLASSIC UNDER
                   THE SPONSORSHIP OF THE CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON
                   COUNTY CLASSIC, INC.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closure of Julian Road between Karr Street and Council
       Fire Drive, Council Fire Drive between Julian Road and Scrapeshin 

       Trail, and Scrapeshin Trail between Council Fire Drive and 
Council
       Fire Drive from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily from Saturday, July
       11, 1992 through Sunday, July 19, 1992 for the presentation of 
the
       "Chattanooga-Hamilton County Classic" sponsored by Chattanooga-
       Hamilton County Classic, Inc. provided that the sponsor shall
       provide and set out flashing barricades, road closed and detour
       signs in accordance with the traffic control plan attached hereto 

       and shall provide, at all times, an access lane for emergency and 

       residential vehicles.
